General delivery info
Born from a conscious slow fashion mindset, all our products are made on demand in The Netherlands. The delivery time within the Netherlands is from three days to a maximum of three weeks. Outside the Netherlands, the delivery time depends on the country. For Belgium and Germany there is a maximum of four weeks.
Information about shipping
stephanie paulis ships via PostNL and DHL. During periods of sale, national holidays and promotional campaigns, the delivery time may vary. Shipping costs differ per country. International deliveries are sent by PostNL, excluding import duties. This means that the brand stephanie paulis only takes care of the payment for shipping, and other costs such as duties, taxes and other import charges are done by the consumer. Consumers outside the EU do not pay VAT on the items they buy.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated per country.
Orders placed with a value of a minimum of 150 euros, no shipping costs are charged in the Netherlands.
When your order is registered with the relevant shipper, you will receive your track & trace number. This allows you to track your shipment closely.
Returns and exchanges
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to return it. Do you want to return your order? Fill in your return form completely and add it to your return shipment. Then return it (within 14 days) to:

Return costs are for your own account. After receiving your return shipment, the amount will be refunded as soon as possible to the (bank) account / credit card that was used when placing the order. This will take approximately 5 working days.* Note: Keep in mind that Stephanie Paulis will only handle returns if they are returned in their original condition including labels & packaging. Damaged and / or used items will be refused and returned. The return costs are for your own account. Both the costs and the risk of sending are for your own account with a return. Send the items you wish to return or exchange back in one shipment to ensure that the return can be processed quickly. Non-identifiable returns will be returned to the sender where possible.
Complains and warranty
stephanie paulis offers a warranty period of 30 days. If the article is damaged or a defect occurs within this period, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. *Note: Warranty only applies when there is a legitimate complaint. Items that have been deliberately damaged, neglected, worn too much or not treated according to washing instructions are not covered by the warranty. If your purchase falls outside the 30-day warranty period, but you still have a legitimate complaint, please contact us. We will assess it and look for a suitable solution.
Our terms & conditions
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of stephanie paulis. Accepting an offer or placing an order means that you accept the applicability of these Conditions. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions can only be deviated from in writing, in which case the other provisions remain in full force. All rights and claims, as stipulated in these conditions and in any further agreements for the benefit of stephanie paulis, are also stipulated for the benefit of intermediaries and other third parties engaged by stephanie paulis.
2. Offers / agreements
All offers from stephanie paulis are without obligation and stephanie paulis expressly reserves the right to change the prices, in particular when this is necessary on the basis of (legal) regulations. See also article 3.6. An agreement is only concluded after acceptance of your order by stephanie paulis. stephanie paulis is entitled to refuse orders or to attach certain conditions to the delivery, unless explicitly stated otherwise. If an order is not accepted, stephanie paulis will notify this within five (5) working days after receipt of the order.
3. Prices and payments
The stated prices for the products and services offered are in Euro, including VAT and including handling and shipping costs, any taxes or other levies, unless stated otherwise or agreed in writing. Payment must be made without discount or compensation within ten (10) days after the invoice date if it concerns deliveries within the Netherlands, and within ten (10) days after the invoice date if it concerns deliveries outside the Netherlands, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment can be made by prepayment, via iDEAL online banking, PayPal or by credit card from VISA, Mastercard and American Express. When paying by bank or giro, the date of payment is the date of crediting the giro or bank account of stephanie paulis. If the payment term is exceeded, stephanie paulis can determine whether or not the order will be canceled. If the prices for the products and services offered increase in the period between the order and the execution there of, you are entitled to cancel the order or to dissolve the agreement within five (5) days after notification of the price increase by stephanie paulis.
The delivery time based on 'on demand' prdocution stated by stephanie paulis, namely; 3 days to 3 weeks in The Netherlands and 1 week to a maximum of four weeks outside The Netherlands.
For items that are not in stock, stephanie paulis will inform you in and offer you the option to terminate the agreement or to agree a new delivery time with stephanie paulis. Upon termination of the agreement, amounts already paid will be refunded within 14 days.
5. Retention of title
Ownership of the delivered products is only transferred if you have paid all that you owe to stephanie paulis on the basis of any agreement. The risk with regard to the products is already transferred to you at the time of delivery.
6. Intellectual and industrial Property Rights
You must fully and unconditionally respect all intellectual and industrial property rights that rest on the products supplied by stephanie paulis. stephanie paulis does not guarantee that the products delivered to you do not infringe any (unwritten) intellectual and / or industrial property right of third parties.
7. Returns / Right of return
You have the obligation to check on delivery whether the products comply with the agreement. If this is not the case, you must notify stephanie paulis of this in writing / email as soon as possible and in any case within fourteen (14) days (including weekend) after delivery, at least after observation was reasonably possible. If it has been demonstrated that the products do not comply with the agreement, stephanie paulis has the choice to replace the products in question by returning them with new products if in stock. If you do not wish to purchase a product for whatever reason, you as a private individual have the right to return the product to stephanie paulis within fourteen (14) days (including weekend) after delivery. The following conditions apply: the article must not have been used and must be returned undamaged and complete in the original packaging. The costs for returns are for your account. Note: Items that are not returned in their original condition and returns that do not include complete filled in return form, as well as FINAL SALE (-50% items) are not accepted and will be returned to the sender, with the result that your purchase amount will not be refunded.
stephanie paulis guarantees that the products to be delivered meet the usual requirements and standards that can be imposed on them and are free from any defects. If the goods to be delivered do not comply with this warranty, stephanie paulis will issue the goods within a reasonable period of time after receipt thereof or, if return is not reasonably possible, written notice of the defect by the buyer, at the option of stephanie paulis, replace or arrange for repair. The guarantee referred to in this respect does not apply if the defect has arisen as a result of injudicious or improper use or if, without written permission from stephanie paulis, the buyer or third parties have made changes or attempted to make changes to the product or used it for purposes for which this product is not intended. In addition to these warranty provisions, legal warranty provisions remain in effect.
9. Orders / communication
For misunderstandings, mutilations, delays or improper transmission of orders and communications as a result of the use of the Internet or any other means of communication in the traffic between you and stephanie paulis, or between stephanie paulis and third parties, insofar as it relates to the relationship between you and stephanie paulis, stephanie paulis is not liable, unless and insofar as there is intent or gross negligence on the part of stephanie paulis.
10. Force of the majority
Without prejudice to its other rights, stephanie paulis has the right, in the event of force majeure, to suspend the execution of your order, or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention, by notifying you in writing. This, without stephanie paulis being obliged to pay any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable in the given circumstances by standards of reasonableness and fairness. Force majeure is understood to mean any shortcoming that cannot be attributed to stephanie paulis, because it is not attributable to stephanie paulis and cannot be attributed to it by law, legal act or generally accepted standards.
If you provide stephanie paulis with an address in writing, stephanie paulis is entitled to send all orders to that address, unless you inform stephanie paulis in writing of another address to which your orders should be sent. If stephanie paulis permits deviations from these conditions, whether tacitly or otherwise, for a short or longer period of time, this does not affect its right to demand immediate and strict compliance with these Conditions. You can never assert any right based on the fact that stephanie paulis applies these conditions flexibly. If one or more of the provisions of these Conditions or any other agreement with stephanie paulis should be in conflict with any applicable legal provision, the relevant provision will lapse and will be replaced by a new legally permissible comparable provision to be determined by stephanie paulis. stephanie paulis is authorized to make use of third parties in the execution of your order(s).
12. Applicable law and competent court
All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these conditions apply, including these conditions, are exclusively governed by Dutch law. All disputes between parties will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
There is a copyright on all images or parts of images available on this website. Without the express permission of the author, duplication of prints or entire text portions of downloaded documents files / photography is strictly prohibited on the basis of copyright law.
